Purpose

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to conduct market research and assess the availability and capabilities of industry sources that can provide Strategic Talent Sourcing and Recruitment Support Services as described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The Government is seeking industry feedback regarding the overall scope and requirements outlined in the draft PWS, including whether the requirements are clearly defined and consistent with commercial practices for talent sourcing, recruitment outreach, market research, talent pipeline development, and recruitment event support.

The Government is also seeking feedback on the attached draft pricing structure. Respondents are encouraged to comment on whether the proposed pricing units and structure are appropriate for the services contemplated and to recommend alternative pricing approaches or units that may better align with customary commercial practices and support a performance-based acquisition.

Industry feedback received in response to this RFI may be used to refine the requirement, acquisition strategy, pricing structure, and future solicitation.
