Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source being available to meet the Government's needs, to: AMO Sales and Service, Inc. 1700 East St. Andrew Place Santa Ana, CA 92785 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339115; the business size standard is 1,000 employees. The objective of this sole source award is to procure refractive surgical treatment card supplies for Naval Medical Center San Diego, in accordance to the saline characteristics listed below. Description Quantity 21 Tx iDesign System Advanced CustomVue Added Pak 5 10 Tx AddedVue Pak 10 AMO Sales and Service, Inc. is the only source that is a subsidiary owned by Johnson & Johnson Vision, the manufacturer of the Johnson & Johnson Vision examiner refractive platform.
