This is not a solicitation and no contract will be awarded based on responses; the purpose is to gather information on industry capabilities, particularly from small businesses including 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, and other eligible categories, to inform future acquisition planning and ensure competitive sourcing. The requirement calls for a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four option years, encompassing the provision, delivery, and maintenance of 19 six-cubic-yard refuse dumpsters, four six-cubic-yard recycling containers, and one 20-yard roll-off container, along with scheduled waste collection twice weekly during peak recreation seasons and once weekly during off-seasons. The contractor must also provide emergency on-call collection services to ensure public health and safety, and transport all collected waste and recyclables in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responses are limited to five pages and must include the offeror’s name, address, point of contact, CAGE code, UEI number, small business status, and a Statement of Capability demonstrating the availability of personnel, equipment, and recent experience—specifically two examples of similar waste management services performed within the last five years. All submissions must be sent via email to sara.d.kimsey@usace.army.mil by 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, with the subject line referencing solicitation number W912P726S0011. No reimbursements will be provided for response costs, respondents will not be notified of evaluation outcomes, and failure to provide complete information will disqualify the submission from being used in acquisition planning. The upcoming solicitation, anticipated for late May 2026, will incorporate the findings from this market research to determine appropriate set-aside status and establish formal evaluation criteria for award.

Project Management and Technical Oversight SupportThe contract is for Project Management and Technical Oversight Support under a subcontract arrangement, aimed at delivering technical and administrative assistance related to reporting, scheduling, and coordination efforts with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers within an IDIQ task order framework. The work will focus on ensuring seamless alignment with USACE requirements through structured project oversight, data management, and timely communication channels. The North American Industry Classification System code 541611 indicates that the services fall under Management Consulting Services, suggesting a primary emphasis on advisory and operational support rather than direct construction or engineering execution. The contract was posted on June 17, 2026, and is administered by the W075 Endist San Francisco office under the Department of Defense, though specific performance locations, point of contact details, and set-aside classifications are not provided. There is no defined place of performance listed, indicating potential flexibility in where the work may be performed, possibly including remote or distributed operations. The absence of a solicitation number suggests this may be a follow-on or non-competitive subcontract under a broader existing agreement.
