Region 9 Conference Rooms

The purpose of this Statement of Objectives is to obtain Vendor support to modernize audiovisual and conferencing technology in designated conference and operational rooms at FEMA Region IX in Oakland, California.
The primary goal of this effort is for the Vendor to review the current audiovisual environment, identify outdated or end-of-life technology, and provide recommendations for modern, lifecycle-supported audiovisual and conferencing systems that align with FEMA enterprise audiovisual standards, approved technology models, and operational requirements.
The Vendor shall assess all existing audiovisual systems, including, but not limited to, control systems, conferencing systems, displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, routing equipment, schedulers, equipment racks, cabling, wiring, network-connected AV components, and supporting infrastructure in the identified rooms.
