The contractor is responsible for maintaining full audit readiness at all times, documenting all compliance measures, and providing verifiable evidence of enforcement upon request. This covers device inventories, application control logs, remediation actions, and employee acknowledgments of policy compliance. The requirement applies universally to all personnel and equipment associated with the subcontract, regardless of location or ownership, and is governed under the Defense Logistics Agency’s oversight within the Department of Defense. Non-compliance will result in immediate contractual consequences and potential termination.
