Rehaussement du système d’information clinique ISCV

L’Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie de Québec-Université Laval (IUCPQ-UL) is seeking to enhance the ISCV clinical information system, version 3.2 (Lot 3.2.1.0), to extend the operational lifespan of this application that has been in use since 2020. The ISCV system plays a critical role in cardiac echocardiography by managing echocardiographic exams, processing and analyzing images from cardiac ultrasound devices, and facilitating the generation of exam reports. Currently, approximately 30,000 cardiac echocardiograms are performed annually using this system. The solicitation for this contract was posted on June 1, 2026, with a response deadline of June 12, 2026. The work will be performed in the Capitale-Nationale region of Québec.
