The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source Purchase Order to Agilent Technologies, Inc., 2850 Centerville Rd., Wilmington, DE 19808-1610 for the purposes of relocating equipment to Intrepid for evidence analysis. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) are exempt from the requirement to promote full and open competition.
