The project consists of complete demolition of the project areas, new flooring, new gypsum walls, new drop ceiling, fire/life safety, new lighting, new switching and occupancy sensors, HVAC, tele/data infrastructure, painting, glazing, doors/frames/hardware, and all ancillary work necessary to complete the project. Plans and specifications will be made available for this project. The project is mainly for laboratory space and has very demanding tolerances. **Estimated Price Range: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 TYPE OF SETASIDE: THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR AWARD TO SMALL BUSINESS. OFFERS FROM OTHER BUSINESSES INCLUDING LARGE BUSINESS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. TENTATIVE DATES: ** Issuance of Solicitation: DECEMBER 15, 2014. PROCEDURES FOR AWARD: A solicitation will be issued requesting both written technical and price proposals. Offers will first be evaluated on technical capability.
