Delivery is to be made FOB destination to Coffeyville, Oklahoma, with a requirement for 100% of end items to be delivered according to the contractual schedule, including an Initial Production Evaluation within 60 days of the first delivery order and a Production Surge Plan to accommodate a 20% increase in demand. All items must be delivered defect-free and conform to MIL-STD-130 and MIL-STD-129 standards for marking and packaging, with compliance to MIL-STD-2073-1 for military packaging and UN restrictions on wood packaging material. The contractor must implement Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking and comply with cybersecurity requirements, including CMMC Level 2 (Self) certification and adherence to NIST SP 800-171 for protecting Federal Contract Information and Controlled Unclassified Information.
