The purpose of this amendment is state that a revised SOW was posted 4 May and to answer questions from vendors, all questions and answers are posted below: Questions And Answers Q1. Would you please confirm what material is under the risers? Is it " plywood? A1. The material is a single sheet of 3/4" plywood. Q2. Does it have more than one layer of the plywood? A2. Material is a single sheet Q3. Will the AFB require new plywood to be laid down? A3. New plywood is not required; however the chairs need to be secure on the floor. If patch work is needed to secure the new chairs to the plywood then it will become the contractor's responsibility. Q4. Specified part #X465JRY77 does not come with a moveable tablet, Secondly; the spec does not specify a fabric. Thirdly, the base of the chair does not look like a chair for an auditorium. A4. After review of the part number given by the government it has been determined that the part number specified will not meet the government's needs for auditorium seating. The P/N in the SOW will be replaced with Lancaster Auditorium Seating or equal. No part number is available per manufacturer. Style: Management Seat and Back (Grade 3 solid color fabric, tan, blue, or maroon). Plastic ends, backs and arm covers, with optional tablet arm. Revised Statement of work has been posted. Q5. At the prebid it was implied that the government wants chairs comparable to the ones they already have, yet more durable to last a bit longer than before. This widens the range of the price of a chair considerably. In order to provide a quality chair, yet still keep the bidding at a fair advantage for each bidder; will a price allowance be set for the cost of the chairs? A5. No, A price allowance will not be set. Please refer to Lancaster Auditorium Seating (or equal product) in previous question or revised statement work. Q6. How close can our supplier get the truck/dumpster to the building? A6. We should be able to get a dumpster/truck within 50 feet of the Building. Q7. Do we have access to both set of stairs - front of the bldg and the side of the bldg - for the deliveries and disposal? A7. All three entrances will be available. (2 ends and one middle) Q8. Where and what size would the inside laydown area be for this project? A8. Laydown area unknown

This small business set-aside requirement covers three primary service areas: floor covering removal and replacement, application of protective coatings including painting and water blasting, and miscellaneous like-in-kind repairs to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The contract structure includes a base ordering period from December 15, 2026, to December 14, 2027, with four subsequent option years and a final six-month extension.
