The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, is acquiring office furniture along with installation and cleanup services for its Mobile District Office as part of a building remodeling effort. This procurement will be conducted exclusively with Knoll, Inc., located in East Greenville, Pennsylvania, under contract number W91278-10-G-0001, using a sole-source justification under FAR 6.302. This approach also aims to reduce costs associated with ongoing reconfigurations that are required for the office space. Although the contract will not be competitively solicited, the government welcomes expressions of interest within fifteen calendar days from the published notice date, yet may choose not to compete the contract at its discretion. The contracting office handling this requirement is the U.S. Army Engineer District in Mobile, Alabama, with Carl Wade as the point of contact. This acquisition falls under the NAICS code 423210, related to office furniture wholesalers, and is administered through the Department of Defense Office in Mobile, AL.
