DESCRIPTION SOMMAIRE Le Centre de services scolaire des Grandes-Seigneuries (CSSDGS) souhaite obtenir des soumissions d’Entrepreneurs pour le « Remplacement de la couverture en pente de l'école Bonnier » selon le devis et les plans joints au présent appel d’offres. La portée des travaux est établie selon deux (2) phases prévues en 2026 et en 2027. L’école Bonnier est composée de trois (3) blocs : A, B et C. Le projet global consiste en la réfection des toitures et des combles pour les bâtiments A, B, AB et AC ainsi qu'en la réfection limitée de la toiture du bâtiment C. Le projet comprend également le remplacement de l'isolation des combles, l'ajout de compartimentation à l'intérieur des combles, l'ajout d'arrêts de neige / glace à un endroit ciblé, ainsi que l'ignifugation de la toiture des bâtiments AC et C. L’Entrepreneur a la responsabilité complète des travaux et de ses sous-traitants. Il doit les diriger et les contrôler efficacement et sécuritairement. Il est le seul responsable des moyens, méthodes, procédures et coordination de toutes les parties des Travaux en vertu du contrat. Tous les travaux doivent être conformes au Code national du bâtiment en vigueur, aux règlements de la ville de Mercier et aux exigences du CSSDGS. ÉCHÉANCIER DES TRAVAUX ET DURÉE DU CONTRAT Le Contrat entre en vigueur à la date mentionnée à l'avis d’adjudication ou à défaut, le jour de l’émission de l’avis d’adjudication à l’ENTREPRENEUR par l’ORGANISME PUBLIC. L'entrepreneur devra respecter l’échéancier prescrit aux documents contractuels du CSSDGS.
