It is the intent of BCH to award both Culloden Court and Windebank to the contractor with the lowest collective bid for both complexes. There will be one submission form for each complex. It is mandatory that both submission forms must be completed and submitted. The RCABC guarantee is required for Culloden Court only.Project Site #1 - Culloden Court is a complex in Vancouver, BC that includes:1305-1321 East 47th Avenue6206-6250 Iverness Street1320-1334 East 45th Avenue1360-1374 East 45th AvenueCulloden Court includes the following:Power wash the existing membrane assembly to prepare it for grid-pattern cutting Cut the existing roofing membrane assembly to just above the plywood deck elevation. All roofing membrane blisters are to be cut open and patched with new torch grade base stripping. Grid pattern to be 10’ x 10’ feet and is to also include a cut at the base of the parapet walls. Any identified wet or contaminated areas are to be identified to the Consultant. Installation of the overlay layer and additional overlay perimeter kickers where identified. Installation of all 3/8” or ½” plywood on verticals where detailed. Installation of a 2 ply S.B.S. membrane assembly. Installation of new metal flashings including wall flashing. Installation of a perimeter RED LINE perimeter fall arrest identifier; 6’ x 6” from roof edge.Contractor is to determine whether aluminum vent pipes require extension due to elevation changes or incorrect original installs. 10-year RCABC guarantee is required.Project Site #2 - Windebank Village is a duplex in Mission, BC:32357 Brant Ave, Mission, BC, V2V 4Y9Windebank Village include the upper low sloped roofing areas:Demolition Roofing System – Flat SBS membrane assembly Gutters and Downpipes 20-year siplast/soprema guaranteeRCABC warranty not required.This is a public solicitation issued through BC Bid.
