Renewal and Acquisition of SAP SuccessFactors and Related SAP Cloud Software Licenses/Subscriptions for York Regional Police

The Regional Municipality of York Police Services Board has issued a Request for Tender for the renewal and acquisition of SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP Cloud software licenses and subscriptions. The scope of work includes providing licenses and support services for Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Career Development and Opportunity Marketplace, SAP Business Technology Platform Integration, and SAP AI. The contract is designed for a 60-month term, commencing November 23, 2026, and ending November 22, 2031. Award decisions will be based on firm fixed pricing in Canadian currency, with the Board reserving the right to reject unbalanced pricing. Contractors must adhere to strict insurance and compliance requirements, including Commercial General Liability insurance of 5 million dollars, and Automobile and Errors and Omissions liability insurance of 2 million dollars each. Additionally, the successful bidder must provide an AODA Training Certificate and maintain necessary security clearances. Deliverables are subject to a minimum twelve-month guarantee against defective workmanship. Payment terms are set at thirty days following the approval of deliverables and receipt of a proper itemized invoice. Bids must be submitted electronically via the designated bidding system by the closing date of October 6, 2026.
