Full Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Micropact, 12901 Worldgate Dr., Suite 800, Herndon, VA 20170 to renew annual maintenance for Micropact's iComplaints software. This procurement is being made under the authority of FAR 13.106(b) "Soliciting from a single source". The acquisition will be a sole source as Micropact is the only source known to the Government that sells the Micropact iComplaints software products and maintenance. The Government anticipates award of a single, firm-fixed price purchase order for a one-year period. The period of performance will be from 09/18/2018 to 09/17/2019. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. This is not a request for quotation, and the Government does not intend to pay for information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
