All work is in F/20016.********************************************* Presolicitation Notice: FA8601-13-R-0052 Sources Sought notice published under Project 110002 (Solicitation FA8601-13-B-0006) on 17 APR 13 This notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.2 and 36.213-2. This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set aside - 100% small business. The NAICS code is 238220 and the Size Standard is $14.0M. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFARS 252.204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM), contractor must be registered in SAM prior to award. Offerors may obtain information on registration at https://www.acquisition.gov. SOLICITATION NUMBER: FA8601-11-R-0052 Renovate Restrooms F/20016, Project 110002. Contractor shall replace all restroom fixtures and finishes in five restrooms located throughout Facility 20016. The renovated restrooms must be ADA compliant and fully accessible. The new restroom work shall be completed in phases to allow access to at least one male and female restroom at any time during the project. One new restroom must be operable and fully tested prior to demolition of any existing system. All work must be completed with minimum impact to the personnel in Facility 20016. The Air Force intends to award a contract with a 270 day period of performance. The estimated magnitude of the entire contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NOTES: 1.
