Renovation of the American Diplomacy House

The US Embassy Seoul is soliciting quotations for the renovation and modernization of the Hall at the American Diplomacy House, located within the Embassy Annex Compound in Seoul, Korea. Evaluation criteria include the offeror's ability to comply with the performance period, a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics, and the possession of necessary equipment, experience, and skills. Submissions must be provided in two separate electronic volumes, including a detailed price breakdown in Korean Won, a performance schedule in bar chart format, and evidence of past performance on at least two similar renovation projects within the last two years. Key requirements include the provision of an English-speaking on-site supervisor, adherence to strict safety and dust-control protocols, and proof of SAM registration for offers exceeding 40,000 dollars. Invoicing is permitted monthly, with a 30-day payment period.
