This notice constitutes a request for proposal. The intent of this notice is to notify potential offerors that NAVFAC EURAFSWA is soliciting proposals to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Construction Contract. The work includes the repairs, renovation, and improvements to the Vladimir Nazor Primary School located in the city of Podgorica, Montenegro.
