Canadian Heritage (PCH) intends to establish one Standing Offer with a qualified supplier capable of providing equipment, signage, and flagging services in Ontario and Quebec. PCH’s objective is to identify one (1) supplier for both provinces. While events take place primarily in the National Capital Region (NCR), requirements may extend to other locations within the identified provinces. The Offeror is required to indicate which provinces it is capable of working in and and will be responsible for the delivery and installation of signage, which may include (but is not limited to) road signs, electronic signage, and related traffic equipment such as barriers and cones. When requested, the Contractor must also provide street closure plans that comply with applicable provincial standards.
