Repair And Construction Services Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) On-Ramp

The California High-Speed Rail Authority is soliciting proposals under RFP HSR26-81 to on-ramp additional qualified firms into an existing Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for repair and construction services. This initiative specifically aims to expand the Small Business Pool, covering Merced, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kings, and Kern counties, and the Utility Relocation Pool for authorized contractors. The contract involves providing construction and two-phase design-build services as a prime contractor, with individual task orders estimated to range in value from 2,000 dollars to 20 million dollars.
