The 5th Contracting squadron requires remodeling administrative areas including lighting and duct work, and painting existing floors in the high bay area including new striping along with replacing existing lighting on Minot AFB, ND. The work is 60% general, 15% mechanical and 25% electrical. The statement of magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Performance Period is 180 calendar days. Work shall be executed in accordance with the required government specifications. Water and electricity required will be furnished by the Government. The work is in a restricted area. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late performance. A one-year Warranty of Construction will be applicable to this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220 (Addition, alteration and renovation, commercial and institutional building); The Business Size Standard is $33,500,000 in average annual receipts for the last three years. The complete solicitation package, which includes the project plans and specifications, will be made available only through the FedBizOpps website at https://fbo.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office.
