Repair by replacing 333-Foot, Dia. 4-inch Compressed Air Pipe between MH322 and Bldg.92 The cast iron pipe, over 70 years old, is severely deteriorated with widespread rust, advanced corrosion, and significant wall thinning, this condition makes the pipe highly susceptible to collapse, leading to operational inefficiencies in the waterfront production that supporting a naval nuclear facility. Due to the recent pipe break in Manhole 322, immediate replacement of a 333-foot, 4-inch Diameter section, between MH233 to Bldg.92 is critical. This repair will restore compressed air supply to the customer and will provide temporary functionality until a comprehensive pipeline can be undertaken. Maximo: GYKMPP
