This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will be issued.
Instructions to offerors, (FAR Part 36) evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.

The U.S. Coast Guard Contractor shall perform HVAC ducting replacement of one (1) house and crawlspace repair and encapsulation to two (2) houses in Union City, TN, Located at 844 Gum Street and 825 Olive Street Union City, TN 38261.
All work must be completed by state licensed contractor. All materials and installation shall meet or exceed applicable state code and follow industry standards. All work shall be completed as outlined in this Scope of Work.
No work is authorized without the authorization of the Contracting Officer (KO) or the Contracting Officers Representative (COR).

FAR 52.237-1 -- Site Visit (Apr 1984). Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
