Funds are not presently available for this contract; The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Repair of the HVAC system at the Youth Actiuvity Center (YAC), Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to replace all of the numerous small HVACV systems located throughout the facility with a more centralized and fewer HVAC systems. The YAC is a single story building complex with a total area of 29,812 square feet. The Health and Wellness Center (HAWC) and a ballroom occupy approximately 13,000 square feet of the building. Conduct all replacement, repairs or maintenance requirements throughout the project in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints. The Request For Proposal will be available on or about 28 July 2009. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 27 Aug 2009. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov.
