The new roof shall be free from ponding; the new roof shall be insulated to meet ASHRAE zoning requirements for the facility. The new roof shall be a TPO single ply-membrane roofing system. The work shall include but is not limited to replacement of existing membrane roof components down to roof decking, insulation, gutter system including down spout attached to the membrane roof, and roof coping. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references.
