Full Description
The Subcontractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and all other services required to replace the roof at ATCT at SBP. Attached drawings are for reference only, Approximate quantities ATCT Cab roof 361 sq. ft.
The scope of work includes but not limited to:
• Remove and dispose of existing roofing system from the SBP ATCT cab roof.
• Provide and install roof hatch guardrail kit with self closing gate, galvanized finish. to meet code compliance.
• Remove and replace all roof drains.
• Remove and replace roof hatch
• Remove and relocate grounding counterpoise from roof to parapet wall.
• Remove debris and trash generated from work and dispose of the debris per local and state requirements, daily.
