This synopsis is to announce that the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (ALC), Robins AFB, GA, intends to solicit and negotiate, on a sole source basis, services to perform repair of the APY-1/2 Rotary Pump as follows: NSN Nomenclature - Five year requirement: BASIC YEAR: 4320-01-040-5789 APY-1/2 Rotary Pump 10 each OPTION I: 4320-01-040-5789 APY-1/2 Rotary Pump 5 each OPTION II: 4320-01-040-5789 APY-1/2 Rotary Pump 5 each OPTION III: 4320-01-040-5789 APY-1/2 Rotary Pump 5 each OPTION IV: 4320-01-040-5789 APY-1/2 Rotary Pump 5 each The Government intends to solicit Crane Company (CAGE: 51663), 241 S Abbe Road, Elyria, OH 44035-6239, for the services described herein. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The instant contract is anticipated to be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery, Requirements type instrument with provisions for Firm Fixed Price repair Contract Line Items (CLINs). The approximate award date is 30 June 2015. A solicitation will be issued on or about 9 Feb 2015. This proposed repair contract is for a basic twelve month ordering period, with four twelve month option periods.
