This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart is now 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z03826QB0000049 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) effective as of November 28, 2025.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 488190. The small business size standard is $40 million. This is being solicited on a sole source basis. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC), Elizabeth City, NC intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract to Consolidated Aircraft Supply Co., Inc. of Ronkonkoma, NY on an other than full and open competition basis under the authority of FAR 12.102 (b) for the repair of Generator Control Units for use on the MH-65 Aircraft. The repairs will be supplied via issuance of individually funded Task Orders. Consolidated Aircraft Supply Co., Inc. (Cage Code 8M168) is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only approved source in North America capable of providing the required repair in the Schedule. The contract will consist of a one-year Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods.
