The Department of the Air Force is issuing a presolicitation for a Firm Fixed Price contract to repair the Advanced Display Core Processor (ADCP) and Digital Map Processor (DMP), key components used in the F-15E aircraft. This contract, anticipated to span 12 months, includes the repair of 15 ADCP units and 50 DMP units, along with smaller quantities of mission and theatre cartridges. The repairs will be conducted under a Direct Sales Partnership Agreement (DSPA) with the Government, specifically supporting the Air Force Sustainment Center and related supply chain management groups. The Government does not possess production-level technical data for these components, making Honeywell International the sole known source with the necessary expertise, technical data, and capabilities required for ensuring proper repair and compatibility. The Government intends to evaluate proposals under limited competition procedures as outlined in FAR Part 6.302 due to the proprietary nature of the technical data. The delivery requirement is 12 months following receipt of the assets. The solicitation issue date is planned for January 7, 2026, with proposals due by February 27, 2026. The contract activities will be performed at Warner Robins, Georgia. Madison Norris is the designated point of contact for this procurement. This contracting action involves a highly specialized repair service vital to maintaining key avionics systems in operational readiness.
