Repair of Wastewater Pump

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 23 May 2012. Solicitation number FA4600-12-B-0004 is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB). This project is for replacing a wastewater pump in Building 500. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110, and the small business size standard is $33.5M; this will be set-aside 100% Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price construction contract with a period of performance (POP) of 730 calender days to provide the following project: To replace a wastewater pumping station in B500 for Offutt AFB. Please reference solicitation #FA4600-12-B-0004 on all correspondence. Project magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All contractors shall be ORCA registered http://orca.bpn.gov. Contractors; in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before a contract can be awarded to your company. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements of the solicitation in the quotes.
