The contractor is required to deliver fully repaired units with a Certificate of Conformance per FAR 52.246-15, adhering to OEM maintenance manuals and service bulletins while preserving any USCG-specific modifications. Packaging and shipping must comply with strict technical and environmental standards: each component must be individually packaged without prohibited materials such as Styrofoam or packing peanuts, and ESD-sensitive parts must meet ANSI/ESD S541 or MIL-STD-2073 standards, while all other items follow ATA-300 guidelines.
