The Contracting Division, Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement to provide all labor, equipment, and materials needed to repair and renovate seven (7) breakrooms located in 7 different buildings at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. Magnitude of the project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Award of contract is subject to availability of funding. The type of contract is firm-fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS code 236210 is applicable. Acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Small business size standard is $36.5 million. All contractors must be registered and up-to-date in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).
