Amendment 0003-RFI additional Gov responses ,time extension, and inclusion of additional clause Time exstension is for 2 days changing the proposal due date from 12 June 2023@1400 CST, to 14 June 2023@1400 CST Ammendment 0003 is posted Amendment 0002 - RFI Gov responses Amendment 0001 - Site Visit and RFI dates The purpose of the project is to repair the eroded lagoon clay liner, replace with a geomembrane liner, and install a leak detection system in the Wastewater Lagoon 1. This project is a design-build contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for completing a 100% design. The Contractor shall also be responsible for the construction of the approved design as described herein. The 100% design shall be approved by the Government prior to the beginning of construction. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, transportation, administration, supervision, and all else necessary to obtain all information and engineering design data through on-site investigation, reconnaissance, and surveys, as required to complete the scope of work described within this Statement of Objectives (SOO).
