This project is a whole building restoration project which includes repair or replacement of architectural components including windows, roofing, elevators/controls, berthing unit walls and finishes, berthing unit bathrooms to include all plumbing fixtures, corridor finishes and finishes in common areas. Much of the necessary repairs and restoration stem from the need to rectify the mold growth on components and deterioration of building elements including the bathrooms within the berthing units. The project also provides repairs to the following systems: fire alarm, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, elevators, and building lightning protection. MAXIMO WO: G7V9FC
