The due date for responses has been extended. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment and expertise to repair/rebuild one water supply well at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Phoenix, Arizona. The scope of work includes but is not limited to removal of the pump and motor, video of well, rebuild or replacement of pump motor, inspection of all parts of pumps for repair or replacement to bring to original specifications, brush and bail of well, re-video, reinstallation of pump and motor, start-up and chlorination. The performance period will be ninety (90) calendar days. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 237110. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
