REPAIRS TO POL PIER, F-427

The scope of work of the project are (1) Replace corroded steel pipe railings (2) Repair pile encasements with exposed reinforcement (3) Repair delaminations in pile encasements, concrete deck soffits and concrete curb. (4) Repair spalls at Bent 2 on the trestle, and in concrete deck soffit. (5) Replace severely corroded and missing hangers (6) Replace corroded ladders. (7)Upgrade POL Pier personnel shelter. (8) Replace existing three wooden platform assemblies for electrical panel and rectifiers including all metal and wooden support structures, deteriorated timber decks, wooden stair and handrails; (9) Replace existing electrical panel, conduit and wirings for rectifier #s 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40; (10) Remove and re-install existing rectifier #s 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 and 43, including 10-each mooring cleats and 1-each 100-lb capacity bollard. 11.) Replacement of corroded / damaged conduit & wires. 12.) Replacement of light pole, to include new wiring, conduit and grounding. SE revised to include the scope of QC9021: REPLACE OLD WIRINGS, CONDUITS AND LIGHT POLES, F-427 and QC2073: REPLACE WOODEN PLATFORMS, ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND MOORING CLEATS AT POL PIER F-427 as per email dated 07/09/2025
