Replacement of the Extractor Wheels, Display and Belts in the Vertical Lift are essential to the continued operation of the Training Support Center (TSC). TSC stores Training Aids, Devices, and Graphic Training Aids (GTA) and repair parts in the Vertical Lift that are loaned to units during their training events. The repair parts are used to maintain Training Aids and Devices in a state of operational readiness for customer use during training. Heubel Material Handling, located in Kansas City, MO, is the only regional distributer for Kardex. Kardex manufactures Remstar Storage Solutions which provide storage and material handling solutions for industrial settings. Competing vendors would have to become certified regional dealers of Kardex equipment, leading to schedule delays, higher costs, and increased risk. **There are Kardex dealers across the globe, however the dealers do not cross regional boundaries, therefore Heubel Material Handling is the only source capable of providing the parts and service.
