QUOTES WILL BE EVALUATED BY BEST VALUE TO GOVERNMENT WITH THE ATTACHED CRITERIA AND STATEMENT OF WORK. PLEASE SEE ALL ATTACHED DOCUMENTATION. QUOTES WILL BE DUE BY JUNE 15, 2020. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON MAY 27TH AT 9:00 A.M. . THIS WILL BE THE ONLY SITE VISIT. SEE ATTACHED INSTRUSTIONS IN REGARD TO SITE VISIT. FCC Terre Haute is a Federal Correctional Facility located at 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47802. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the complete construction of the work in accordance with federal, state, local, and national building codes. The work is required within the confines of the secure perimeter. The project consists of installing and replacing 2 pedestrian gates; and 2 15x15 vehicle gates along with operating components. A detailed statement of work will be posted with the solicitation. The performance period for this project will be 61 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000. and $250,000. The solicitation will be available on or about February 18th, 2020. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations (GSA) Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov Hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available.
