REPLACE HVAC ITEMS AT USCG STATION NEW HAVEN, NEW HAVEN, CT 06512-3628

The U.S. Coast Guard, through Base Boston under the Department of Homeland Security, is soliciting small business offers to replace two outdoor condensing units, two indoor air handling units, and three thermostats at USCG Station New Haven in Connecticut, under a total small business set-aside (FAR 19.5) with NAICS code 238220. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, refrigerants, electrical components, controls, supervision, transportation, tools, permits, safety gear, disposal, commissioning, and incidentals necessary for a complete turnkey replacement while ensuring compatibility with the existing hydronic/boiler heating system.
