Replace HVAC West Fitness Center

The work must be completed within 500 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, with separate written approvals required to initiate design and construction phases. The contract is issued as a Firm Fixed Price with a budget range of $1,000,000 to $1,400,000 and is structured as a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238220. Offerors must submit a bid guarantee, demonstrate past performance through three recent construction and design projects, and comply with rigorous evaluation criteria where technical and past performance are pass/fail gates; only proposals that pass both will be considered, with award going to the lowest-priced eligible offer. Performance and payment bonds at 100% of the contract value are mandatory, and the contractor must adhere to prevailing wage requirements and submit all invoices and documentation electronically via the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
