N--REPLACE THREE (3) HVAC SYSTEMS, SAMO

The National Park Service is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to replace three HVAC systems at locations within Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, California, under solicitation 140P8626Q0040. This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside, and only contractors registered in SAM as SDVOSBs with a NAICS code of 238220 and annual revenue below $19 million may submit quotations. The work involves the complete removal and installation of new HVAC units at the Rancho Sierra Vista Satwiwa Cultural Center, Rancho Sierra Vista Dormitory, and Diamond X Ranch House, with each unit required to meet strict technical specifications: a minimum 16 SEER efficiency rating, inverter-driven variable-speed compressors, approximately 12,000 BTU capacity, noise levels not exceeding 52 dB(A), UV-resistant mounting pads with vibration isolators, new 240-volt electrical disconnects, sealed penetrations, R-8 insulated ductwork, and two smart thermostats with remote monitoring, programmable scheduling, and smart-home ecosystem integration backed by a five-year warranty. All installations must comply with California Title 24, mechanical and electrical codes, ACCA Manual J and D standards, and EPA refrigerant-handling regulations.
