NFTA and NFTM Reserves the right to award as a whole or in part The scope of work for this procurement includes removal of existing units and delivery and installation of the new units. Included in the scope of work is all labor, tools, material equipment, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as outlined herein. The work is subject to NYS Prevailing Wage Rates GOALS: 4% MBE, 5% WBE, & 5% SDVOB PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on November 22, 2024, at 2 p.m. The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal.
