The existing grease trap at B3201 Crossroads Dining Facility is undersized and unserviceable, which is causing frequent backups. This poses risks of foul odors and health code violations. The Contractor is to remove, relocate, and replace with new
90 gallon static holding capacity, 75 GPM, stainless steel grease interceptor or approved equal. The new installed grease interceptor is to be relocated to exterior of facility. The Contractor is to demolish and replace all bottom cabinetry in the kitchen area to match existing. The Contractor shall field verify all dimensions, utility lines locations, and site conditions prior to performance of work.

2. Site Visit: scheduled for 28 April 2026 @ 9:00 am Central Daylight Time. The site visit will take place at building 3201 on Goodfellow AFB.
