The Company operates and manages two parking lots on its Site with its own team: • The King Edward Quay is a covered, two-storey parking lot located beside the Montreal Science Centre that can accommodate 628 vehicles. There are spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility, motorcycles and families, in addition to four charging stations for electric vehicles. • The Clock Tower Quay is an open-air parking lot that can accommodate 757 vehicles. There are spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility, motorcycles and school buses. o During the summer season, 125 spaces in the lower section of the Clock Tower Pier are reserved for clients of the Montreal Yacht Club marina. Members can access the Yacht Club via the Berri Tunnel and the section can be accessed via a gate with a keypad. • All types of vehicles use both parking lots, including cars, motorcycles, delivery trucks ranging from 12’ to 53’, and buses of all types. Other sections of the Site are also used for parking but are not currently controlled by an automated system: • Parking for employees at Jardin des Écluses (35 spaces) and employee parking accessible via the Route du Port (39 spaces): reserved exclusively for our employees and monitored via parking stickers issued by the parking service and affixed to the windshield. • Route du Port: parallel parking along the street, monitored using permits hung on the rearview mirror of the vehicle and accommodating up to 46 vehicles. The parking lots are open at all times, 24/7/365. We welcome daily clients who pay an hourly or flat rate depending on the season and who come to enjoy the activities on the Site or in the neighbourhood. We also welcome monthly clients who pay for access on a monthly basis. They are mainly people who work in the neighbourhood or who are Site partners. We also welcome several clients who come for corporate events or weddings, as well as all vehicles required to set up and take down these events. Lastly, several of our suppliers, service contractors and employees must access the parking lot to park or drive through it. The current parking and access system, Orbility, was installed in the fall of 2020. The Company is seeking to change its installations, provide a service that meets the requirements of its clients and obtain a complete automated management and access system for its revenue and statistics.
