This is a synopsis and solicitation for commercial petroleum fuel products (delivered directly to site by indicated means per Attachment I, Schedule of Supplies), prepared in accordance with FAR part 12 and 15, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and the written solicitation is attached.
