The Government currently occupies, 7,173 rentable square feet, 6,439 ANSI BOMA square feet of office space located at 1391 N. Speer Blvd. Denver, CO in a lease that will be expiring in 2015. The government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 6,500 ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet, and a Maximum of 7300 ABOA Square feet. The lease term is for ten years - five years firm, and the space must be available for occupancy by November 20, 2015. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. REQUIRED: NOTE: ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS REQUIREMENT: All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental rate.
