Request for Information: Brand Name or Equal to WebFocus

The Federal Bureau of Investigation, through the Department of Justice, is seeking information from vendors capable of providing commercial-off-the-shelf business intelligence software, brand name or equal to WebFOCUS, licensed for use in a highly secure, air-gapped environment on the SECRET network within the AWS-SC2S infrastructure. The solicitation, issued as a Request for Information under reference WebFocus_RFI, aims to assess vendor capabilities in delivering software that meets stringent functional, security, and operational requirements including integration with Active Directory, support for SSL and certificate-based authentication, compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards, and the ability to operate without remote access. Key technical demands include the provision of read/write adapters for SQL Server, Oracle, Redshift, Aurora/Postgres, Excel, and JSON data sources; delivery of 5,000 general user licenses, 1,500 ad hoc reporting licenses, and 9 developer licenses; automated reporting with security logging; and comprehensive documentation including user manuals, EULAs, SLA details, and Section 508 compliance certification.
