The U.S. Army is seeking detailed information from industry about equipment and subsystems to support the Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) requirements for the Theater Support Vessel (TSV). This Request for Information (RFI), issued by the Program Executive Office for Combat Support and Combat Service Support, aims to gather data on available commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and government off-the-shelf (GOTS) technologies that can be integrated into the TSV’s systems. The TSV is being developed as a high-speed intra-theater lift platform capable of operating in austere environments to enhance the operational effectiveness of the Future Combat System, Stryker Brigade Combat Teams, and other forces. Emphasis is placed on integrating both commercial and military communications, electronics, navigation, and command and control equipment to maximize performance, reliability, and maintenance efficiency through advanced systems integration and a system-of-systems approach. The RFI outlines multiple categories of interest, including vessel operation communications equipment compliant with international maritime standards, navigation and electronic control systems, military communication and processing equipment, self-protection systems, special mission equipment, and embarked unit facilities with both communications and processing capabilities. Respondents are asked to provide detailed descriptions of their equipment, testing status, availability, electromagnetic compatibility certifications, and any frequency allocation approvals. Supplemental materials such as brochures and white papers are encouraged alongside electronic submissions. This RFI does not constitute a commitment for procurement or offer payment for information, and the government will not provide feedback regarding submissions. Responses must be submitted within one month of the announcement date, with a clear indication of any proprietary or classified content.
