Scope: The successful Respondent shall provide a comprehensive submission to IEUA for the intended use of the SHF as it relates to gas, organic waste and energy management. IEUA is currently in the process of developing an Agency-Wide Energy Plan as well as specific energy alternatives for IEUA’s RP-1 and RP-5 Facilities. The intent of this request is to gather information (including preliminary costs) on potential uses for the SHF as it relates to energy.
