Key performance requirements include a three-business-day turnaround for expedited requests and a weekly pickup and delivery schedule every Thursday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. All items must be returned in an event-ready condition, adhering to Joint Commission sanitary standards and industry practices. The contract has a minimum value of 500 dollars and a maximum of 175,000 dollars, with a structure consisting of a base period and multiple option periods extending through 2032.
